He spoke with me and my party briefly and we found him to be very pleasant and warm. We were so pleased with our menu selections. The food was prepared to perfection and quite artfully displayed. He is truly a talented young man! I look forward to dining at the Seagate Beach Club in Delray where he is presently Executive Chef . I am confident Seagate will have many repeat patrons with Adam Gottlieb at the Helm!
